Regarding Traction Devices (Microspikes & Crampons) / 关于冰爪:
General Guideline:
As a general rule, only during spring or summer conditions, and when the trail’s maximum elevation is below 500 metres, participants may choose not to bring microspikes.
In all other situations (especially above 500m, winter, shoulder seasons, or when snow/ice is possible), participants should bring appropriate traction devices unless the trip leader specifically says otherwise.
Microspikes (小冰爪) — Suitable for moderate icy/snowy trails.
Crampons (大冰爪) — Required for steeper, harder ice or technical terrain.
Regarding Sunscreen / 关于防晒霜:
Sun protection is strongly recommended on snow, high elevation, or long sun exposure. Each participant should decide based on conditions and personal skin sensitivity.
